The mattress is constructed of four layers. Its base is made of 7 cm thick, load-bearing LIT foam. The next layer is formed of 8 cm thick LIT foam with special profiling that increases the flexibility of the mattress. Then, we used 4 cm of thick thermoelastic foam designed to adjust to the body under the influence of temperature. The final, top layer is 2 cm thick, thermoelastic COMFORT foam that facilitates changing body position during sleep. The application of profiled foam makes Royal Med Brilliant react like a hybrid mattress – at first, it gives the impression of a spring mattress, however when lying down, it fits the body ideally.
Moreover, clinical testing has shown that Royal Med Brilliant does not exert returnable pressure, therefore it is classified as an anti-bedsore mattress. Besides, the type of foam used in the mattress prevents the development of mould, mites, fungi and bacteria, making it a product suitable for allergy sufferers. Also, all elements of Royal Med Brilliant are neutral to the organism.

The bottom of the cover is equipped with a special non-slip mat, so it can be used on continental beds.

Royal Med Brilliant mattress is clinically tested and classified as a medical device. It has a URS certificate confirming compliance with the ISO 13485: 2016 Quality Management System for Medical Devices regarding design and production, which means a full range of control and repeatability of products. The semi-finished products used in the production come only from the territory of the European Union.
