Royal Med Medico is a thermoelastic mattress that comprises two types of foam. The bottom of the mattress is made of 8 cm high- resilience Platinum Foam, characterized by elasticity and flexibility higher than the highest class multi-pocket mattresses. The top of Royal Med Medico is 7 cm of Fit Foam, which reacts mainly to the temperature of the body. Moreover, the construction applied to the mattress guarantees even support to the whole body, does not cause returnable and point pressure, and helps to maintain proper blood flow. The components are selected to ensure the comfort of sleep,facilitate falling asleep, and positively affect muscle relaxation.

Since the fabric is produced using the most modern technologies of fibre braiding, it dries much faster than traditional covers. The sides of the Climatherm case are made of a material that allows for better ventilation of mattress’ inside and wicks the moisture rapidly. Regardless of the size of the mattress, the case fits in the washing machine and no detergents need to be used for washing it, which results in low maintenance costs. Further, the material used in the cover conducts heat, which determines the proper functioning of the mattress. The bottom of the cover is equipped with a special non-slip mat, so it can be used on continental beds.
